    **Expedited and One Day Orders placed by 12 Noon Eastern Time (CT), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 Noon CT will be processed the following business day.

    Standard delivery operates Monday - Saturday. Expedited and One Day delivery operates Monday - Friday.

    Order Confirmation Email

    Immediately after you have placed your order with G4L, you will receive an email that contains your order details. The order confirmation email is your receipt and can be printed for your records. It contains your order number, the items you ordered and prices paid, your ship-to and bill-to addresses, and the method of shipping.

Online Returns

You have 10 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you decide to make an exchange, head to G4L store in Dothan, Alabama.

No refunds Exchange only

Greek For Life Apparel will exchange only most items within 10 days of purchase so long as they are in original condition, provided it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached, including furniture which must be disassembled and returned in it's original packaging. The following exceptions are in place:

• For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of Beauty items if the product is unopened.
• Undergarments are Final Sale for hygienic reasons.
• We cannot offer refunds on swimwear if the hygienic seal is not in place or has been broken.
• Fabric face masks cannot be returned due to safety and hygienic reasons.
• We do not accept returns of restricted items. 

 • Gift cards are Final Sale.
• Special collections and designer collaborations may be subject to a return policy that may differ from our standard return policy above.

You cannot exchange items online. If you prefer items in another color, or size, please email us and we will email you a shipping label once received return product , and once we receive item in original condition we will send you a in store gift card for the amount of purchase.

FREE IN-STORE EXCHANGE 
You are always welcome to exchange for free in store . Please bring the e-receipt attached to your shipping confirmation email along with the item(s) you wish to exchange within 10 days of purchase. After 10 days, you will not be eligible for exchange. Items exchanged must be of equal or greater value.

RETURNS OF ORDERS USING FREE IN-STORE PICKUP
Please note that all Free In-store Pickup orders can only be returned in stores. Returns by mail are not accepted.
